Below is a list of links to other sites on the Internet which feature information on Government Documents or the Federal Government. This list is by no means comprehensive, nor is it meant to be. It is here to introduce you to some
of the sites for Government information on the Internet. The arrangement provided lists directory sites or gateways first, then sites are divided into primarily about the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, or the Judicial Branch. There is, of course, a miscellaneous section.
FirstGov the Official website for searching the U.S. Government. There is also a link to State and Local sites.

FedStats brings together statistical publications from many federal agencies in one site, arranged by topicand searchable by keyword.
FedWorld.Gov is from the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the United States Department of Commerce. It offers access to many government research databases, some free and some for which you pay.
GovEngine.com - Federal Government is a non-profit site with links to federal, state and local government sites.
GovSpot is a commercial site which provides access to government-related sites for local, state, federal, and international resources.
Yahoo: Government: U.S. Government Links to sites concerned with the U.S. government, including a division by the three branches.
Browse Government Documents is maintained by the Serial and Government Publications Division, Library of Congress and is, of course, perpetually under construction.
The Documents Center of the University of Michigan is a central reference and referral point for government information, whether local, state, federal,foreign or international. Its web pages are a reference and instructional tool for government, political science, statistical data, and news..

U.S. Government Title List is an alphabetic list of popular print publications now available through the WWW. The list is maintained by Northwestern University Library.
Uncle Sam - Migrating Government Publications (University of Memphis) This site lists printed U.S. government serials that are migrating to the Internet; identifies their URLs; and links directly to the online documents. The list includes publications in dual format as well as those available only on the Internet. It is arranged both alphabetically by title and by Superintendent of Documents classification number.
