Academic Search Complete A multidisciplinary database of peer-reviewed academic journals, offering indexing, abstracting and some full-text. Also includes image collections of people, places, historical photos, and more.

Britannica Online Full-text of the Encyclopedia Britannica including photos, drawings, flags, biographies, and geographical articles. Also includes the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

EBSCO Spanish Interface provides a Spanish language interface to several EBSCO databases.

Essay and General Literature Index cites essays and articles contained in collections of essays and miscellaneous works published in the U.S., Great Britain, and Canada.

MLA International Bibliography is a database of citations to materials in literature, linguistics and languages

WorldCat is a database of citations to books and other materials from selected libraries all over the world, including Abell Library. WorldCat includes books written in English and Spanish.

    Journals

Project Muse Index of periodicals published by Johns Hopkins University Press. Most are available in full-text.

Publications of the Cervantes Society of America includes Cervantes, the official journal of the Cervantes Society of America, and the CSA Newsletter. The Cervantes journal is indexed in MLA International Bibliography.

    Reference Works

Gale Literary Databases includes Contemporary Authors, Contemporary Literary Criticism Select, and Dictionary of Literary Biography.

Literature Resource Center includes contains information on both classical and contemporary authors and their works. Obtain over 130,000 biographies of authors, bibliographies of all they have written, over 40,000 critical essays and more than 6000 work overviews, plot summaries, and explications. Search by the author's name, the title of the work, or even by the title of the periodical or journal that is part of the database

    Books

netLibrary collection of full-text electronic books (ebooks) includes a wide variety of subject content from both popular and scholarly texts. Users can search across the entire eBook collection for authors, titles, or keywords, and they can search within books for keywords and phrases. Users may read or browse through ebooks for an unlimited amount of time. A title may be unavailable temporarily when all NetLibrary copies are in use by other patrons.

You are allowed to print one page at a time using your Web browser's print function or the print function on the Adobe Acrobat toolbar. Printing the entire eContent item violates copyright laws and precautions are taken to protect those copyright laws.
